3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON, CALIF-
ORNIA, AUTHORIZING AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY TREASURER OF SAID
4 CITY TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM THE CITY OF VERNON EMERGENCY FUND
TO THE CITY OF VERNON GENERAL FUND.

6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1: That there shall be transferred by the City
8 Treasurer the sum of Four Thousand and Sixty-six Dollars ($4,066.00
9 .from the City of Vernon Emergency Fund to the City of Vernon
10 General Fund.

Section 2: That the said sum. of Four Thousand and
12 Sixty-six Dollars ($4,,066.00) shall be used in connection with
13 an Application for funds from the Federal Government to be used
14 on the City of Vernon traffic centrol signals improvement.
15 Section 3: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
16 certi:f'1 to the passage of this resolution, and there.pon and
17 thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
