RESOLUTION NO. 945
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROV-
ING SPECIFICATIONS NO. 116.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Vernon
has presented to the City Council Specifications for the furn-
ishing and erecting of one Turbine Pump, and requesting the
City Council of the City of Vernon to approve same,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of
Vernon does hereby approve specifications No. 116, a specifi-
cation for the furnishing and erecting of one turbine pump,
a copy of which is hereto attached and made a part of this
resolution.
Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the pass-
age of this resolution, and thereupon and thereafter the same
shall be in full force and effect.

do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution No. 945 was
duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Vernon, and
approved by the Mayor of said City at a regular meeting thereof
held on the 15th day of November,
