3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROV*
ING SPECIFICATIONS NO. 117.
RESOLUTION NO. 946

5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
6 WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Vernon has
7 presented to the City Council Specifications for the repairing
8 or the roof covering the reservoir of said City, and requesting
9 the City Council of the City or Vernon to approve same,
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

Section 1: That the City Council of the City of
12 Vernon does hereby approve Specifications No. 117, a speci-
13 fication for the repairing of the roof covering the reservoir
14 of said City, a copy of which is hereto attached and made a
15 part of this resolution.

Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the pass-
17 age of this resolution, and thereupon and thereafter the same
18 shall be in full force and effect.
