A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DECLARING
THE PREVAILING RATE PER DIEM WAGES TO BE USED IN THE ~TION
OF ONE .~EP WELL TURBINE PUMP WITH ELECTRIC MOTOR mrVING UNIT
