6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DECLARING
THE PREVAILING RATE PER DIEM WAGES TO BE USED IN THE REMOVAL .AND
REPLACEMENT OF RESERVOIR ROOF FOR THE CITY OF VERNON AS DES~
CRIBED IN SPECIFICATIONS NO. 117.

Section 1: 'l'hat the City Council of the City of Vernon
8 does hereby find and declare that the prevailing rate per diem
9 wages for laborers, workmen and mechanics employed by contractors
10 and sub-contractors for the doing of any work for the City of
11 Vernon as described in Specifications No. 117, is as follows:

Section 2: That the City Clerk of the City of Vernon
24 is directed to certify to the passage of this resolution, and
25 thereupon the same shall be in full force and effect.
