3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROVING
SPECIFIC1TIONS NO. 119.

5 TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
6 WHEREAS1 the City Engineer of the City of Vernon has
7 p~esented to the City Council Specifications for the Construction
8' of Pavement and Appurtenances in 37th Street, wi thin the City of
9 Vernon, and requesting the City Council to approve samel
10 NOW" THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

Section 1: That the City Council of the City of
12 Vernon does hereby approve Specifications No. 119, specifications
13 for the construction of pavement and appurtenances in 37th. Street
14 within the City of Vernon" a copy of which is hereto attached and
15 made a part of this resolution.

Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the pass-
17 age.of this resolution, and thereupon and thereafter the same
18 shall be in full force and effect.
