RESOLUTION NO. 953
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF VERNON DECLARING
THE PREVAILING RATE PER DIEM WAGES TO BE USED IN THE CONSTRUCTION
OF PAVEMENT AND APPURTENANCES IN 3'7th STREET, IN THE CITY OF
VERNON, AS DESCRIBED IN SPECIFICATIONS NO. 119.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of
Vernon. does hereby find and declare that the prevailing rate
per diem wages for laborers, workmen and mechanics employed by
contractors and sub-contractors for the doing olf' any work. for
the City of Vernon as described in Specifications No. 119, is as
follows:

eral prevailing wages for the locality, and
shall be not less than $4.00 per day.
Section 2: That the City Clerk of the City of Vernon
is directed to certify to the passage of this resolution, and
thereupon the same shall be in full force and effect.
