Section 1: That the City Council of the City of

theconstructi.on of Street ImproveMents on Magnolia Avenue and
Boyle Avenue, between Leonis Boulevard and Vernon Avenue, in
accordance with contract dated June 8, 1939, between S. M.
MILOVICH, as the cont:ractor, and said City of Vernon, all of
said work being done underPWA project, Docket: Calif. 2169-F,

Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
