RESOLUTION NO. 1005
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS NO. 123.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Vernon has
presented to the City Council Specifications for the Construction
of a Waste Water Drain in Fifty-Seventh Street, Alameda street and
in "Pipe Line Easement" across the Southern Pacific Company's
Right of Way in Alameda street, respectively, in the City of
Vernon, and in Alameda Street in the City of Los Angeles, Calif-
ornia, and ~s requested the City Council of the City of Ve:rnon
to approve same,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Ve:rnon
does hereby approve Specifications No. 123, specifications for
the constructions of a Waste Water Drain in Fifty-Seventh Street,
Alameda Street and in "Pipe Line Easement" across the Southern
Pacific Company's Right of Way in Alameda Street, respectively
in the City of Vernon, and in Alameda Street in the City of Los
Angeles, California, a copy of which is hereto attached and made
a pa:rt of this resolution.
Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the pass-
age of this resolution, and thereupon and thereafter the same
shall be in full force and effect.
