RESOLUTION NO. 1007.
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPOINTING
FRANK H. DONNELLY CHIEF OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT 'OF THE CITY OF
VERNON.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That Frank H. Donnelly is hereby appointed
Chief of the Fire Department of the City of Vernon to fill the
vacancy left at the death of Joseph Artale on the 16th day of June,
1939.
Section 2: That his salary shall be the sum of $300.00
per month from and after the 1st day of January, 1940, and to con-
tinue until the further order of the City Council.
Section 3: That the City Clerk shall certify to the pass-
age of this Resolution, and thereupon and thereafter the same
shall be in full force and effect.
