3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON INSTRUCT..
ING FRANCIS BATES, CITY ENGINEER TO SECURE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT
4 AND MAINTAIN A STORM DRAIN IN MAGNOLIA AVENUE.
5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1: That Francis Bates, City Engineer of the
7 City of Vernon, is hereby authorized and instructed to make a
8 request to the proper County Officials in the name of the City
9 of Vernon, for a permit to construct and maintain a storm drain
10 in Magnolia Avenue, as shown in red on City Engineer's drawing
11 No. 517.

Se~tion 2: That the City of Vernon hereby agrees to
13 restore the street surfacing, or other improvements disturbed
14 by reason of the construction of said storm drain, to as near
15 as possible the same condition that same is now in.

Section 3: That the City Clerk shall certify to the
17 passage of this Resolution, and thereupon and thereafter same
18 shall be in full force and effect.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No.96l, was
