RESOLUTION NO. 963
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DECLARING
THE PREVAILING RATE PER DIEM WAGES TO BE USED IN THE CONSTRUCTION
OF STORM-WATER DRAINS IN LEONIS BLVD., MAGNOLIA AVE AND BOYLE AVE.,
RESPECTIVELY,~IN THE CITY OF VERNONf AS DESCRIBED IN SPECIFICATIONS
NO. 118, IN auDITION-TO THE PREVAIL NG PER-DIEM WAGE RATES HERETO-
FORE APPROVED BY RESOLUTION NO. 950.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the City Council of the City of
Vernon does hereby find and declare that the prevailing rate per
diem wages for laborers, workmen and mechanics employed by Con-
tractors and sub-Contractors for the doing of any work for the
City of Vernon, in addition to the prevailing per diem wage rates
heretofore approved by Resolution No. 950, is as follows:
