E. R. YOUNG I' ATTORNEY AT LAW.
RESOLUTION NO. 971

5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1: That E. R. Young, Attorney at Law, be, and
7 he is, hereby employed to assist the City Attorne~ in the matters
8 pending before the Railr()~d Cornrnission of the State of California
9 involving costs for safety devices on Alameda Street.
10 Section 2: That said E. R. Young be allowed reasonable
11 compensation for his services in assisting the City Attorney.
12 Section 3: That the City Clerk shall certify to the
13 passage of this Resolution, and thereupon and thereafter the
14 same shall be in full force and effect.
