2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNOIL OF THE OITY OF VERNON, OALIF-
ORNIA, AOOEPTING THE STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENTS, UNDER DOCKET NO.
3 "Oalif. 2169-F", Storm D~ain, Vernon, Oalifornia.

5 THE OITY OOUNOIL OF THE OITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
6 THAT WHEREAS, the Oity has heretofore entered into
7 a oontraot with ARTUKOVIOH BROTHERS, for the construction of
8 Leonis Boulevard Storm Drain System, in said Oity, in acoordanoe
9 with Oontraot dated Deoember 13, 1938, Specifioations No. 118,
10 and PWA Projeot, Dooket: Oalif. 2l69-F; and
11 WHEREAS, the said Oontractor did do said storm
12 drain oonstruotion in said Oityunder the supervision of the
13 Oity Engineer of said Oity; and
14 WHEREAS, the City Engineer did file with the City
15 Counoil his recommendation for the aoceptanoe of said work, said
16 reoommendationbeing dated March 18, 1939;
17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

Section 1: That the Oity Counoil of the City ~
19 Vernon does hereby acoept, for and in the name of the City, the
20 'oonstruction of Leonis Boulevard Storm Drain System, said work

City, all of said work being done under PWA Project, Dooket:
2l69-F, and Specifications No. 118.
Seotion 2: The City ClerK shall certify to the
passage of this Resolution, and thereupon and thereafter the same
shall be in full force and effeot.
