RESOLUTION NO. 978

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON ALLOWING
3 THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES TO MAKE A REAL PROPERTY SURVEY WITHIN
THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF VERNON.

5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
6 THAT WHEREAS, the County of Los Angeles is desirous of
7 making a complete Real Property Survey throughout the County, a:nd
8 WHEREAS, the County of Los Angeles requests permission
9 to make this survey within the City of Vernon, and
10 WHEREAS, the City of Vernon is not required to assume
11 any part of the cost of the survey and will be furnished with a
12 complete copy of the findings compiled by the County within the
13 City limits of this City,
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
15 Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Vernon
16 does hereby grant to the County of Los Angeles such permission
17 to make such Real Property Survey wi thin the City limits of the
18 City of Vernon.

Section 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to the
20 passage of this Resolution, and thereafter and thereupon the same
21 shall be in full force and effect.
