RESOLUTION NO. 979

3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON, CALIF-
ORNIA, AUTHORIZING AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY TREASURER OF SAID
4 CITY TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM THE CITYO!i' VERNON WATER FUND TO THE
WATER DEPARTMENT CONSTRUCTION FUND OF SAID CITY.

6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
7 Section 1: That there shall be transferred by the
8 City Treasurer the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) from
9 the City of Vernon Water Fund to the Water Department Construct-
10 ion Fund of said City.

Section 2: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
12 certify to the passage of this resolution, and thereupon and
13 thereafter the s~e shall be in full force and effect.
