3 .A. RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI-IE CITY OF VERNON AUTHORIZING
THE CITY TREASURER TO TRANSFER MONEY HERETOFORE DEPOSITED IN A
4 SEPARATE P.W.A. FUND OF THE CITY, TO TEE WATER DEPARTMENT CON-
STRUCT!ON FUND.

6 TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLL<1lfS:
7 WHEREAS,. the City Council has heretofore transferred
8 from the Water Department Construction Fund certain monies for
9 the building of a roof on the City's reservoir, and the purchas-
10 ing of' a deep well pump; and
11 WHEREAS, all of said money so transferred was not
12 used, and the City Council desires the balance to be re-trans-
13 ferred to the Water Department Construction Fund,
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
15 Section 1: That the City Treasurer of the City of
16 Vernon be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and instruct-
17 ed to transfer all money now remaining in the W.P.A. Fund, after
18 the paying of all bills for the completion of the roof' on the
19 Ci ty.' s reservoir and the deep well pump for the Water Department,
20 to the Water Department Construction Fund.
21 Section 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to the
22 passage of this resolution, and thereupon andthereaf'ter the same
23 Shall be in full force and effect.
