A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY C OUNC IL OF TIrE: CITY OF VERNON AUTHOR IZING
AND INSTRUCTING THE crTY CLERK TO FILE WITH THE COUNTY ASSESSOR
AND WITH THE .sTATE BOARD OF EQUALIZATION A STATEMENT OF THE CREATION
OF THE DISTRICT SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE OF INTENTION NO. 524, SETTING
FORTH THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OR THE BOUNDARIES OF SUCH DISTRICT. SO
CREATED, TOGETHER WITH A MAP OR PLAT INDICATING SUCH BOUNDARIES.

The aity Council of the City of Vernon does resolve as follows:

9 Section 1: That the City Clerk of the City of Vernon
10 is hereby authorized, instructed and empowered to file with the
11 County Assessor and with the State Board of Equalization, a State-
12 ment of the creation of the District Set forth in Ordinance of
13 Intention No. 524, Setting forth the legal description of the
14 boundaries of such District so created, together with a Map or
15 Plat indicating such boundaries.
16 Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
17 of this resolution, and thereupon and thereafter the same shall
18 be in full force and effect.
