3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON, CALIFORNIA,
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 958.

5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLO\VS:
6 Section 1:. That Resolution No. 958, a resolution of
7 the City: Council of the City of Vernon approving the agreement
8 between the City of Vernon and Spencer & Love, Attorneys-at-law,
9 of the City of Los Angeles, be, and the same is, hereby rescinded.

Section 2: That the City Clerk of the City of
11 Vernon shall certify to the passage of this resolution, and there-
12 upon and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
