RESOLUTION NO. 992.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON GRANTING TO
COUNCILMAN JOHN B. LEONIS A LEAVE OF ABSENCE FROM HIS DUTIES FOR.
A PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED THIRTY DAYS FROM DATE.
TEE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

WHEREAS, Counci1man Leonis has requested permission
to leave the City for a short period of time, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to
grant permission to said Councilman Leonis to leave the City
for a period not to exceed thirty days from date hereof,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1: That Councilman John B. Leonis is hereby
granted leave of absence from his duties as City Councilman
of the City of Vernon for a period not to exceed thirty days.
Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage

of this resolution, and thereupon and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
