RESOLUTION NO. 994
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COlTNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON AUTHORIZING
AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY TREASURER TO TRANSFER THE SUM OF $2500.00
FROM THE EMERGENCY FUND TO THE "LIBRARY FUND"OF THE CITY OF VERNON.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the City Treasurer of the City of Vernon
be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and instructed to
transfer the sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2500.00)
from the Emergency Fund of the City of Vernon to the Library Fund.
Section 2: That the City Clerk of the City of Vernon
shall certify to the passage of this resolution, and thereupon
and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.

hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 994, was duly
