RESOLUTION NO. 997
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON, AUTHORIZING
AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY TREASURER OF SAm CITY TO TRANSFER FROM
THE CITY OF VERNON EMERGENCY FUND TO THE CITY OF VERNON GENERAL FUND
THE SUM OF FIFTY THOUSAND. DOLLARS ($50,000.00).

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE A8FOLLCWlS:

Section 1: That the City Treasurer of the City of Vernon
7 be, and he is hereby,. authorized, empowered and instructed to
8 transfer the sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) from
9 the Emergency Fund of the City of Vernon to the City of Vernon
10 General Fund.

Section 2: That the City Clerk of the City of Vernon
12 shall certify to the passage of this resolution, and thereupon
13 and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
