3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON, DETERMINING
THAT THE CITY CLERK SHALL MAINTAIN A PUBLIC REGISTER FOR APPLICANTS
4 TO REGISTER AS PRECINCT OFFICERS IN THE CITY ELECTIONS OF SAID CITY.

6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF' THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1: The City Council of the City of Vernon does
8 hereby determine that a local register shall be maintained in the
9 office of the City Clerk of the City of Vernon where all applica-
10 tions for election precinct officers may be filed.

Section 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
12 this resolution, and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in
13 full force and effect.

hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution, No. 1012, was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Vernon, and approved
by the Mayor of said City at a regular meeting thefeof, held on
