RESOLUTION NO. 1016
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON, AUTHORIZING
AND INSTRUCTING THE. CITY TREASURER OF SAID CITY TO TRANSFER FROM
THE CITY OF VERNON EMERGENCY FUND TO THE CITY OF VERNON GENERAL
FUND, THE SUM OF FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($50,000.00).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS.:
. Section 1: That the City Treasurer of the City of Vernon
be, and he is herepy, autho:rized, empowered and instructed to
transfer the sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50.000.00) from
the City of Vernon Emergency Fund to the City of Vernon General
Fund.
Section 2: That said Emergency Fund is to be reimbursed
upon the sale of Vernon Sewer District No. One Bonds.
Section 3:. That the City Clerk of the City of Vel"non
sha'll certify to the passage of this resolution, and thereupon
and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
