3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON TO COMPROMISE
ACIlATM.

5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1:
That the City Clerk of the City of Vernon
7 be, and he is hereby, authorized, instructed and empowered to ac-
8 cept, as a compromise, the sum of $28.83 in lieu of a claim now
9 filed in the Estate of Pius James Durbin, as there is no money
.'
10 in said estate.
11 Section 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to the
12 passage of this resolution, and thereafter same shall be in full
- 13 force and effect.
