A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DECLARING
THAT IN THE OPINION OF THE CITY COUNCIL IT IS TO THE BEST INTEREST
OF THE CITY OF VERNON THAT THE SALE OF $340,000.00 CITY OF VERNON
SEWER DISTRICT NO ONE, ELECTION 1939, BONDS BE SOLD AT PRIVATE SAfE.

6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: \.
7 Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Vernon
8 does hereby find and declare that in the opinion of the City
9 Council it is to the best interest of the City of Vernon, and
10 that the highest and best bids would be received, if 340,000 of
11 City of Vernon Sewer District No. One, Election 1939, bonds be
12 sold at private sale.

Section 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to the
14 passage of this resolution, and thereupon and thereafter the same
15 shall be in full force and effect.
