A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY. OF VERNON, CALIF-
ORNIA, APPROVING THE BUDGET REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CITY
THE CITY C01JNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the following budget :requirements
