A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON,
CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING EASEMENT FROM FACTORY SITE COMPANY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS: ..

6 WHEREAS, the Factory Site Company has offered
7 the City Council an easement for certain property described
8 therein for its acceptance for public street purposes,
9 and,
10 WHEREAS, the City of Vernon is desirious of
11 accepting said easement,

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: Section 1: That
the City of Ve;r:>non does hereby accept that certain Deed
dated July 19, 1941, for Factory Site Company, a corporation;
said easement is here.to attached and made a part of this
Resolution,
Section 2: The City Clerk o.f the. City of
Vernon is hereby authorized and instructed to have said
Deed recorded with the County Recorder of Los Angdes County,
Section 3: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon
shall certify to the passage of this Resolution and there-
upon and thereafter the same shall be in full forCe and
effect..
Adopted and approved this 5th day of August,
1911.
