3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY TREASURER TO TRANSFER
4 MONIES FROM THE EMERGENCY FUND TO THE SEVERAL BOND INTEREST
AND REDEMPTION FUNDS, IN LIEU OF DELINQUENT TAXES IN THE SUM
5 OF ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN AND 70/100ths ($187.70) DOLLARS,
6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

WHEREAS, there is now due and unpaid to the City

of Vernon the sum of One HUndred' Eighty-seven and 70/100ths
($187.70) Dollars uncollected taxes due the several bond

interest and redemption funds; and

collection of same to repay said fund;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1: That the City Treasurer is hereby
authorized and instructed to transfer from the City's

($187.70) Dollars to be distributed to the several funds
