A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
AUTHORIZING AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY lREASURER TO TRANSFER
MONIES FROM THE SEWER DISTRICT NUMBER 1 CONSTRUCTION FUND
TO SEWER DISTRICT NUMBER 1 BOND INTEREST AND REDEMPTION
FUND IN THE SUM OF FIVE THOUSAND SIXTY-SIX AND 34/100ths
($S066.34) DOLLARS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:

WHEREAS1 there is now in the Sewer District
No. 1 Construotion FUnd the sum of Forty-nine Thousand
Ninti~one and 62/100ths ($491091.62) Dollars unexpended;

WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City to transfer
the sum of Five " Thousand Sixty-six and 34/100the ($5066,34)

Dollars of said money from the Sewer District No. 1 Con-
struction Fund into Sewer District No. 1 Bond Interest and
Redemption Fund,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1: That the City Treasurer be and he is

20 hereby authorized and instructed to transfer from Sewer
21 District No. 1 Construction Fund into Sewer District No.1
22 Bond Interest and Redemption Fund the sum of Five Thousand

Sixty-six and 34/100ths ($5066,34) Dollars,

Seotion 2: That the City Clerk shall certify to
25
the passage of this Resolution, and thereupon and thereafter
Adopted and approved this 19th day of August
