3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON,
CALIFORNIA APPROVING SPECIFICATION NO. 129 FOR THE CON-
4 STRUCTION OF MUNICIPAL HOUSING UNITS, AND APPURTENANCES,
IN THE CITY OF VERNON, CALIFORNIA...

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS
6 FOLLOWS:

Section 1: That Specification No. 129 sub-
mitted by the City Engineer, Francis Bates, of the City
of Vernon, to the City Council for the construction of
municipal housing units, and appurtenances, in the City
of Vernon is hereby approved as the specification for
the construction of municipal housing units, and appurtenances
in the Oity of Vernon, Oalifornia.
Section 2: The City Clerk of the Oity of Vernon
is hereby directed to certify to the passage of this

Resolution and thereupon and thereafter same shall be in
full force and effect.
Adopted and approved this 16th day of September,
1941.
