THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:

Section 1: Tge City Council of the Oity of
Vernon does hereby find and declare that the prevailing
rate per diem wages for laborers, workmen and mechanics
employed by contractors and sub-contractors for the doing
of any work set forth .in Specification No. 129 is as
follows:

4 For any craft not included in the above
5 list, the minimum per diem wages shall be the general pre-
6 vailing wages for the locality, and shall be not less than
7 $5.00 per day.

9 is ba.sed upon a working day of eight (8) hours, The hourly

wage rate shall be the per diem rate divided by the afore-
mentioned number of hours' constituting a working day.
$eetion 2: TheCi ty Clerk of the Oity
of Vernon shall certify to the passage of this Resolution
and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full force
and effeet.
