A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE OITY OF VERNON
ACCEPTING THE DEED FROM THE FLINTKOTE COMPANY, A OORPOR-
ATION.
THE 0 ITY COUNCIL OF THE OI TY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWSz

WHEREAS, The Flintkote Company, a corporation
has presented to the City Council of the City of Vernon

a deed conveying certain lands described in said deed

for its acceptance, and
WHEREAS, the Oity Councj,l of the City of Vernon
is desirous of accepting said deed for and on behalf of the
Ci ty,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1: That the City Council of the Oity o.f
Vernon does hereby accept the attached deed for and on be-
half of the City of Vernon.
Section 2: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon

is hereby authorized and instructed to have said deed recorded
with the County Recorder of Los Angeles County.
Section 3: The City Clerk 0 f the City of Vernon
is hereby directed to certify to the passage of this
