A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
AUTHORIZING THE EMPLOYMENT OF ONE, MR.T. F. EVANS AS
ENGINEERING DRAFTS:&lAN AT A SALARY OF ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY
AND NO/lOOths ($l80.00) DOLLARS PER ,MONTH.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:

WHEREAS, Mr. A. E. Bennett has resigned the

office of Engineering Draftsman, and

WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council of
the City of Vernon to employ someone in his place and stead,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1. That 1w. T. F. Evans be and he is
hereby employed as engineering draftsman for the City of
Vernon at a salary of $l80.00 per mo~;?
Section 2: That Mr. T. F.. Evans shall be employed

15 at the pleasure of the board.

Section 3: The City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter
the same shall remain in eflfect until further order of tiE
