3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE OITY OF VERNON FIXING
COMPENSATION FOR THE POLIOE PERSONNEL OF THE CITY OF VERNON,
4 AND REPEALING ALL RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLIOT WITH THIS RESOLUTION.
5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section l: That the salaries of the police personnel
7 of the c~ty of Vernon, from and after the 1st day of March,
8 1942, shall be as follows:

Section 2: That the salaries heretofore fixed in
Section 1 hereof, shall be in full force and effect on and
after the 1st day of March, 1942, and shall continue until
further order of the Oity Council.

Section 3: Resolution No. 1054, and all other
resolutions in conflict with this resolution, are hereby
appealed.

Section 4: The Oity Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
