A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNOIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
APPROVING SPECIFICATION NO. l30 FOR THE FURNISHING AND
INSTALLATION OF ONE DEEP WELL TURBINE PUMP WITH ELEOTRIC
MOTOR DRIVING UNIT~ AND APPURTENANCES FOR THE CITY OF
VERNON, CALIJ:I'ORNIA.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOW~

Section l: That Specification No. 130 for the furnish-
ing of all labor, material and transportation and installation
of one deep well turbine pump with electric motor driving unit
and appurtenances for the City of Vernon, at the well site,

known as Well No. 7 located at the City Pumping Plant No.1,
submitted by Francis Bates, the City Engineer of the City of
Vernon, is hereby approved as the Specification for the doing
of the aforementioned work for the City of Vernon, California.
Section 2: The Oity Clerk of the City of Vernon is
'hereby directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution
:'.and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full force
and effect.
