A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
3 AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF $58,000.00 FROM THE "WATER FUND"
TO THE "WATER CONSTRUCTION FUND."

The Oi~ COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Whereas, the City Auditor has requested the transfer
of $58,000.00 from the "water fund" to the "water construction
7
fund;" and,

Whereas, it is the desire of the City of Vernon to
transfer said fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section I: That the City Treasurer be, and he
is, hereby authorized and instructed to transfer to the
"City Water Construction Fund" from the "Water Fund" the sum
of $58,000.00.
Section II: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon
is hereby directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution
and thereupon and thereafter same shall be in full force and
effect.
Adopted and approved this 7th day of April, 1942.
