RESOLUTION NO. 1101

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON
AUTHORIZING THE EMPLOYlffiNT OF ED R. BOWMAN AS A CONSULTING
ENGINEER TO ASSIST THE CITY ENGI1~ER IN ALL WATER PROJECTS
NOW IN EXISTENCE, OR BEING DEVELOPED BY THE CITY OF VERNON.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section I: That Ed R. Bowen be, and he is, hereby
employed by the City of Vernon as a Consulting En~ineer to
assist the Oity Engineer in all water projects now in
existence, or being developed by the City of Vernon.
Section II: The compensation of said Consulting

11 Engineer shall be that usually charged for such services and
12 to be approved by the City Council of the City of Vernon.

Section III: The Oity Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
same shall remain in effect until further order of the City
Council.
