A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON" AUTHORIZING
THE ADDITION OF EXTRA PERSONNEL TO THE CITY'S FIRE DEPARTMENT.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section l:
That the personnel of the City of Vernon's

Fire Department be increased by 12.

Section 2:
That the Fire Chief, subject to the approval
8 of the Fire Commission, be authorized to employ twelve (12)' men
9 in the City's Fire Department.

Section 3: The salary for each man starting in the Fire
11 Department shall be $l50.00 per month.

Section 4: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the same shall
remain in effect until further or~er of the City Council.
Adopted and approved this 2lst day of April, 1942.

hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution No. ll05 was duly
adopted by the City Oouncil of the City of Vernon and approved
