RESOLUTION NO. 1106
"
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE OITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON FIXING
THE OOMPENSATION FOR CERTAIN EMPLOYEES OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT
3 OF SAID CITY, AND REPEALING ALL RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLIOT WITH
THIS RESOLUTION.

THE OITY COUNCtL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1: That the salaries of E. H. Nilan, pump man,
shall be $225.00 per month; and, W. L. Miller, pumpman, shall be
$200.00 per month.
Section 2: The salaries for the Fire Department
personnel, as set forth in Section 1 hereof, shall be in full
force and effect from and after the let day of July, 1942, and
shall continue until further order of the City Council.
Section 3: All Resolutions in conflict with this

Resolution are hereby repealed.
Section 4: The Oity Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the same shall
remain in effect until further order of the City Council.
Adopted and approved this 19th day of May, 1942.
