RESOLUTION NO. 1118
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON AUTHOR-
IZING THE EMPLOYMENT OF MR. FRANK VON REHDER, AN ARCHITECT, TO
PREPARE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS DOR THE NEW FIRE STATION AND
GARAGE BUILDINGS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLv~ AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1:
That Frank Von Rehder be employed in
the Engineering Department of the City to prepare the necessary
plans and specifications for the new fire station and garage
buildin8Sto be constructed on Downey Road and Fruitland Avenue.
Section 21
Said Frank Von Rehder shall be under
the supervision of the City Engineer's office.
Section 3: ThaD the Compensation of Mr. Frank Von
Rehder shall not exceed the sum of $800.00, or 3t% of the es-
timated construction cost of said fire station and garage
bUildings.
Section 4:
The City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
