RESOLUTION NO. 1120
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON, EX-
TENDING TIME FOR THE COMPLETION OF THE DRILLING OF WELL FOR
THE CITY OF VERNON.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, BARBER-BRIDGE DRILLING CORP., LTD., h,as
\
requested an extension o~ time to July 1, 1942 ~or the comple-
tion of work under their contract dated September 24, 1941,
~or the drilling of two wells for the .city o~ Vernon) and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the City Engineer
of the City of Vernon that said request be granted:
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved:
Section 1. That Barber-Bridge Drilling Corp. Ltd.,
be and they are hereby granted an extension of time to July
1, 1942 ~or the completion of the work under their contract
dated September 24, 1941 for drilling two wells ~or the City
of Vernon.
Section 2. The City Clerk of the City of Vernon
is hereby directed to certify to the passage of this resolu-
tion and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full
~orce and ef~ect.

this 2nd day o~ June, 1942.
