RESOLUTION NO. 1125

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON,
3 FIXING TEE COMPENSATION FOR MANUEL RUIZ, AS JANITOR OF THE
CITY HALL OF THE CITY OF VERNON, AND REPEALING ALL RESOLU-
4 TIONS IN CONFLICT WITH THIS RESOLUTION.
5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:

Section 1. That the salary of Manuel Ruiz,as Janitor
8 of the City Hall of the City of Vernon, Bhall from and after
9 July I, 1942, be fixed at$125.00 per month.
Section 2. All resolutions in conflict with this reso-
11 lution are hereby repealed.

Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the same shall
be in full force and effect.
