5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS
FDLLOWS:

Section 1. That Specification No. 132 for 1 - 2i
ton Motor Truck Chassis submitted by Francis Bates, City En-
gineer of the City of Vernon is hereby approved as the spec-
ification for 1 - 2i ton Motor Truck Chassis to be hereafter

purchased by the City of Vernon.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to

certify to the passage of this resolution, and thereupon and
thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
