1 RESOLUTION NO. 1132
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON, FIX-
ING THE COMPENSATION OF J. S. COLTON, ENGINEER IN CHARGE OF
3 THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT, AND REPEALING ALL RESOLUTIONS IN
CONFLICT WITH THIS RESOLUTION.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. That the salary of J. S.Colton as Engin-
7 eer in charge of the Building Department of the City of Vernon,
8 be, and the same is hereby fixed at the sum of $350.00 per
9 month, payable semi-monthly.

Section 2. That the salary of the Engineer in charge
of the Building Department of the City of Vernon as set forth

in Section I hereof, shall be in full force and effect from
and after the 1st day of July, 1942 and shall continue until
further order of the City Council.
Section 3. All resolutions in conflict with this

resolution are hereby repealed.

Section 4. The Ci.ty Clerk shall certify to the pas-
sage of this Resolution and thereupon and. thereafter the same
shall be in full force and effect.
