RESOLUTION NO. 1147
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON;t, AUTHOR"",
IZING AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY TREASURER TO TRANSFER FROM THE
LIGHT AND POWER FUND (FROM MONEYS EARNED BY THE LIIHT AND POWER
DEPARTMENT) TO THE GENERAL FUND THE SUM OF $62,400.00.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:

Section 1: That the City 'freasurer be and he 1s hereby
authorized and instructed and empower'ad to transfer from the
Llghtand Power Fund (from moneys eanned by the Light and Power
Department) to the general fund, the sum of $62,400.00.
Section 2: ,The City Clerk sha+l certify to the passage
of this resolution and thereupon and thereafter the same sball
be in full force and effect.
