2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CIn OWlfCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON FIXING
THE COMPENSATION FOR ROBERTA POXON AS DEPUTY CITY CLERK,. AND
3 REPEALING. RESOLUTION #1131.
4 TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON .DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLDWS:

Section 1. That the salary of Ro.erta Poxon as
7 Deputy City Clerk shall be $130.00 per month, beginning September,
8 1, 1942.

Section 2. Said salary .hall be paid out of the
10 general fund of the City and be chargeable as follows:
11 To the City Water Department - $100 per month

To the Office of City Clerk -
30 per month
Section 3. Resolution #113l is hereby repealed.
Section 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the
14
15 passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the
16 same shall be in full force and effect.
