TIlE CI:L~ COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:

Section No.1. That Specifications No. 137 for the
furnishing of all labor, material and transportation and instal-
lation of one deep well turbine pmap with electric motor driving
unit and appurtenances for the City of Vernon, at well site,

known as Well NO.8; located at the City's Pumping Plant NO.3,

3385 E. Fruitland Avenue, Vernon, California, submitted by
Francis Bates, the City Engineer of the City of Vernon, is
hereby approved as the Specification for the doing of the

aforementioned work for the City of Vernom, California.

Section No.2. The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is

hereby directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution
and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full force

and effect.
