A RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON FIXING
THE COMPENSATION FOR EMPLOYEES IN THE CITY FIRE DEPARTMENT ~
AND REPEALING ALL" RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT WITH THIS RESOLUTION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Sectioh 1. That the salary of the personnel of the
Fire Department of the City of Vernon~ shall, from and after
January 1, 1943, until further order of the City council of
the City of Vernon, be fixed as follows:

C. T. Jones, Driver

Section 2. That the salaries of the fire personnel
10 as set forth in Section 1 hereof, shall be in full force and
11 effect from and after January 1, 1943 and shall continue until
12 the further order of the City Council.

Section 3. Resolution No. 1140 and all other reso-
14 1utions in conflict with this resolution are hereby repealed.

Section 4. The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is
hereby directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution
and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full force
and effect.
