RESOLUTION NO. 1173
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON FIX-
ING THE COMPENSATION OF EMPLOYEES OF TEE CITY POLICE DEPART","
MENT AND CLERK OF THE CITY COURT AND REPEALING ALL RESOLUTIONS
OR PARTS OF RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT WITH THIS RESOLUTION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the salary of the personnel of the
Police Department and of the Clerk of the City Court of the
City of Vernon shall, from and after the 1st day of January,
1943 until further order of the City Council, be fixed as
follows :'

Section 2.
The salary of the police personnel as
2 set forth in Sectioh 1 hereof shall be in full force and effect
3 from and after January 1, 1943 and shall continue until further
4 order of the City Council.

Section 3. Resolution No. 1130 and all other reso-
6
1utions or parts of resolutions that conflict with this resolu-
7
tion are hereby repealed.
Section 4. The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is
hereby directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution and
thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
